Ammonium Bromide (NHBr) is a white, crystalline powder or granular solid with a slightly bitter, saline taste. It is a highly soluble, stable inorganic salt formed by the reaction of ammonia and hydrobromic acid. Ammonium Bromide is commonly used in photographic chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and flame retardants.
